I’m unsure about size/fit
The item I want is out of stock, will you be getting more?
Most basic products will be restocked and available year-round. If you have a question regarding a specific product, or if an item you would like is out of stock, please email us at email@example.com and we will be able to give you an estimated time for restocking. Restocking an item takes approximately 3-10 business days.
I have store credit, can I use it online?
Store credit may only be used in-store. Currently we cannot accept store credit online.
Do you have any store locations?
Yes! We are located in Toronto, Ontario.
Are in-store prices the same as online?
Prices are the same for products online and in store.
How do I change/cancel my order?
You can change your order at any time by selecting ‘My Cart’ and modifying your order. You will not be able to change your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by calling 416-782-8137 or toll free at 1-844-515-SUIT (7848) or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, as orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry boy’s regular sizes 4-20, husky sizes 10-20, and some slim cuts in 8-20.
Do you offer alterations?
We offer alterations in store. If you would like any of your clothing altered we ask that you stop by the store for a fitting. Unfortunately alterations cannot be done on merchandise that is being purchased and shipped through our online store.
What is your policy regarding sale and clearance items?
All sale and clearance items are final sale. Exchanges or store credit will not be provided.
Do you sell gift cards?
Currently we do not sell gift cards.
How do I recover my forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, select ‘forgot password’ on the sign in screen. An email will be sent to you providing you with information to change your password.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service at 416-782-8137, toll free at 1-844-515-SUIT (7848), or by emailing email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the item. We will do our best to replace the item or issue a refund if the product cannot be replaced.
How do I redeem a promotional code?
Upon checkout, enter the code that was provided in the promotions category of the checkout page.
If something I just purchased goes on sale, can I get a credit/reimbursement on the difference?
If a product that you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days to receive a reimbursement for the difference.
Do you sell my information to other companies?
No. All information collected for the purpose of online shopping and viewing our site remains with Crawford Boys.

All orders placed on Crawford Boys Clothing will be shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping preferences. International customers are responsible for any import fees.

After your order has been processed, it will ship within 2 business days.
Where is my order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation via email after submitting your order.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order has been processed containing a tracking number after your order has shipped. You can check your order by signing in to your account.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process and ship. Delivery may take up to 10 days depending on your shipping preferences.

How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service at 416-782-8137, toll free at 1-844-515-SUIT (7848), or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you with your return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Crawford Boys before they can be sent back.
Can I return/exchange sale items?
All sale and clearance items will be final sale.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we have received the items to be returned, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account/provided at checkout when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Can I exchange products in store?
Product purchased online may be exchanged in store. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges online for products purchased in store.
What if I used a promotional code?
A refund will be issued in the amount that was originally paid, in the original form of payment.
